Pelican cases are all available with the option of cubed “Pick & Pluck” foam, for a custom internal fit out, or padded dividers for partitioning. If a more robust solution is required for large items, we can design a custom internal CNC foam solution or use a range of other materials to secure your item inside the Pelican case. Features Include:
- Double-Throw Latches are smarter and easier to open with a classic “C” clamp design with secondary movement that works like a pry bar to start the release and offers plenty of leverage to open with a light pull.
- Watertight - the secret is the tongue and grooved fit with the polymer O-Ring acting as a waterproof seal.
- Automatic Pressure Equalisation Valve release built-up pressure while keeping water molecules out, resulting in a watertight case that is easier to open.
- Stronger by design the cases are made with copolymer polypropylene, using an open cell core and solid wall construction.
- Easy Roller stainless steel ball bearing wheels (on selected cases) last longer and ride smoother. The nylon hub adjacent to the stainless steel is made to resist heat resulting in less wear & tear.
- Reinforced Padlock Protectors are made from stainless steel and provide added strength and extra security against cutting and theft.

- Pick ‘N’ Pluck Foam Sets lets you customize the interior according to your gear with an easy, do-it-yourself system. Layers of foam are pre-scored in tiny cubes. Simply measure your equipment over the grid and pluck away.
