Powershrink and Intercept are versatile products that can be used to line a case, or heat-shrunk and welded to wrap your product entirely.
Powershrink is 200um plastic that is heat shrink-wrapped around your product. As well as providing protection from UV rays, it is also an effective barrier against potential damage from wind, dust and pests.
Intercept® is 200um UV protective heat shrink-wrap plastic, that actively combats corrosion through a reactive polymer which reacts with and neutralises gases that cause metals to corrode or rust. While your product is protected, the Intercept acts as a corrosion site reacting with and cleansing trapped air making a safe micro-environment for your product.
In addition to the wraps themselves, Axis Packaging supply a full range of sundry items such as tapes, zips and webbing. We can even set you up with your own wrapping kit including a heat gun and training.
Similarly to our packing service, we can wrap your products at your premises or ours, or with the purchase of the start-up kit, you can do it yourself.
